Single Zone Leak Alarm Control Unit

The Airtect Leak Alarm System is a unique product which provides constant protection against plastic leak damage, either within a high value mould or at the machine injection nozzle.

It protects against running moulds that are underlover temperature and gives moulders a competitive edge with less downtime and greatly reduced repair costs.

Gives early warning of a leak soon after it begins, either deep within a hot runner system or at the main injection nozzle.

The unit has a built in temperature sensor monitoring the mould body temperature, allowing high/low limits to be set, preventing injecting into a cold or over temperature mould.
